About us
Through activities involving environmental education and public engagement, TROPICA VERDE informs on the importance of tropical forests for mankind and nature.
The aim is to increase general awareness about the consequences of the destruction of this unique habitat and to present possible courses of action which we all can take.
In addition, by supporting local cooperation partners in Costa Rica, TROPICA VERDE itself participates in specific projects related to nature conservation and the protection of species.

Wir haben 253,50 € Spendengelder erhalten
Die Spenden für dieses Projekt fließen in Maßnahmen zum Schutz des Ameisenbärs. Wir können neue Kamerafallen kaufen und installieren und somit überprüfen, welche Tiere ihre Runden durch den Regenwald ziehen. Außerdem wird von dem Geld die Umweltbildung in der Region gefördert. Damit werden Kinder schon von Anfang an für Artenschutz sensibilisiert.
