New video: Environmental hazard of disposable e-cigarettes
Dear supporters,
Today I'm coming back to the issue of disposable e-cigarettes. Their complex supply chains involve environmental destruction and human rights violations. Some time ago, we published a video about the origin of the raw materials contained in disposable e-cigarettes.
We are still in contact with people in Bangladesh, Chile and Peru. And we asked them: What do you demand for your environment, for your future, for your life? We show their different answers in our new video.

And yes - you've noticed it: We also talked about how disposable e-cigarettes are presented on YouTube, Insta or Tiktok. With beautiful pictures, role models, bright colours and lots of flavours, the industry is targeting young people, not smokers.
That's why our volunteer has written a factsheet to educate young people in Germany about how influencers advertise disposable e-cigarettes.
