Women and Youth in Puntland are missing social empowerment including training, technical skills, adult education for women, informal education for women and many more support since they are the social backbone.
Women in Puntland are the ones whose look after their families including their children, their relatives, some of their parents and even their husbands since their husbands mostly are jobless. As some assessment that HASDO did on last year and also this year shows that women and young people are missing a big gap in terms of their empowerment, these empowerment can be include vocational training, community motivation in way of improving their life style as to improve their living standard since most of the are IDPs communities.
