Allen is still going strong . . . just watch out for the jackals

Still going strong - Allen has kept his 60th place in the Sahara Race.
Here are some words from the 4th stage and the event's organisers: After sunshine and blue skies earlier in the day, competitors are being cooled by a heavy mist from the Atlantic Ocean and are running alongside crashing waves into camp. Temperatures are around 12C. A few jackals have come out, curious to see what the fuss is about - their pairs of eyes can be viewed through the darkness. Competitors coming into camp look happy, tired and relieved.
