Hello everyone!!

This is to say THANK YOU to all of you for your generous contributions to the Köpsel group. We were completely overwhelmed by the donations you have given to this great cause and my dad and his group are extremely grateful!!

I wanted to let you know that the Berlin Half Marathon was a fantastic event to attend and we all had a lot of fun! I managed to run it in 2:20mins, which I am immensely proud of! The last few km were hard work but my slogan for the day was: "Der Schmerz geht, der Stolz bleibt!" - "The pain will go but the pride will stay" (try telling this to my shattered knee now that keeps playing up haha)

It was a great challenge that we really enjoyed so thanks for all your tips (that energy gel helped wonders, Matt!!!) and your support - we couldn’t have done it without you!
