After the prison has been home to many convicts for over a year, we would like to expand the recreational opportunities for guests and visitors to the castle island. For this purpose, we will first buy a paddle boat to drive on the castle pond in Fürstenau. For this it is also necessary to renew the ailing bridge. With the project we want to further promote the tourist attraction of the official prison and the city of Fürstenau.
The donations are needed for the purchase of a paddle boat, wood, concrete foundations, an internet camera and general materials. The renovation of the ailing footbridge is mainly carried out through voluntary work by the members of the association.
