Since 2019, the FAIR SHARE Monitor has tracked gender equity in leadership positions across civil society organisations, holding organisations accountable and pushing for lasting change. This crucial work, now 5 years strong, is at risk due to a significant funding gap. 

With the FAIR SHARE Monitor, we provide annual data on gender representation in over 200 organisations, helping to identify progress and areas for improvement. This data has empowered organisations to adopt feminist practices, improve gender balance, and build a more equitable social impact sector. 

We’re aiming to raise €5,000 over the next 5 days to keep the FAIR SHARE Monitor going in 2025. Thanks to a partnership with Bcause and Betterplace, every euro you donate will be doubled! With your help, we can reach €10,000 and ensure the continuation of this essential tool, pushing for gender equity in leadership across the social impact sector.
