Since 2019, the FAIR SHARE Monitor has been recording the gender distribution in leadership positions in civil society organizations every year and ensuring that the structural underrepresentation of women in leadership, for example, is made transparent. But our work, which we do for and with civil society organizations so that the sector also lives its values ​​​​in its own structures, is on the verge of collapse after five years due to a lack of funding. 

The FAIR SHARE Monitor publishes analyzes of more than 220 organizations every year and documents the progress and setbacks of individual organizations and the entire sector towards gender equality. The results are used to initiate internal discussions and measures for change and to hold organizations accountable. 

Our goal is to raise €5,000 in the next 5 days to continue the FAIR SHARE Monitor in 2025 and beyond. For every donation we receive this week, our partners Bcause and Betterplace will match the amount again, so we receive double the amount. With your help, we can reach the €10,000 mark and secure the future of this groundbreaking transparency tool to further promote gender equality in the leadership levels of civil society.
