KIPPEN-BUDDIES - Pocket ashtrays against littering

More and more people are annoyed by the increasing littering of public spaces. In addition to to-go packaging, bottles and crown caps, huge amounts of carelessly discarded cigarette butts are a major problem and a burden on the environment.  

As part of our initiative for clean waters, shores and parks, ALLES IM FLUSS, we have been implementing our KIPPEN-BUDDIES campaign since 2020, raising awareness of cigarettes' environmental impact. With educational work at events, social media, and cleanup campaigns, we want to draw attention to the problem and counteract it. Among other things, we distribute pocket ashtrays as an environmentally friendly solution for on-the-go. The campaign pleases smokers and receives consistently positive feedback, including committed citizens and initiatives for whom cigarette butts in the environment are a major nuisance. By distributing pocket ashtrays at universities, events, festivals and other occasions, we want to motivate smokers to stop simply flicking their butts on the ground.  

We need your support to be able to produce the necessary quantity of pocket ashtrays this year. Your donation will help us to produce new ashtrays from recycled tinplate. We have already received numerous requests from universities, festivals and committed people from Berlin and all over Germany eagerly waiting for new pocket ashtrays. Together we can create a clean society worth living in!
