Probably not everyone is as lucky as I am and can define, plan, train and implement their sporting goals just by themselves. My son Benjamin, for example, is not quite as free due to his Down syndrome, but together we have set ourselves the goal of helping him and his team from 46PLUS Down-Syndrom Stuttgart e. V. to be able to celebrate as active athletes at the Special Olympics Summer State Games in Mannheim from July 13th to 16th, 2022. In order for him and all his fellow athletes from 46PLUS to be able to do this, many hard-working helpers are needed, and in the end also a decent amount of money.

With my solo sports project, I would like to draw attention to the just as great sports opportunities for people with disabilities, which would not be possible without a team of supervisors and the appropriate financial ressources.
