About us
Help without Frontiers is a non-profit organisation with the aim to support refugees and people in need from and in Burma and in Thailand. Our projects are based on the thai-burmese border in Mae Sot, about 500 km northwest of Bangkok. We help without discrimination, indendent of faith and political attitude
From the start Help without Frontiers committed to absolute transparency. Our 100% Donation guarantee means that no donations will be used for administration, travels and marketing in the home country, but must be used from separate sources of income.
Help without Frontiers was founded 2002 in South Tyrol (Italy). 2006 Help without Frontiers Austria was launched and 2010 Help without Frontiers Thailand.
The most important projects are our "Ray of Hope Schools" for refugee children from Burma/Myanmar, our "Rays of Youth" project, and "The Happy Tailor" sewing workshop for income generation.

It's done! // Wir haben es geschafft!
After two months of hard work under a hard sun...its done!
Last adjustments have been made, we have lovely leaf roofs on the west and east side, benches, and an outside space for teaching and watching high class childrens' league muai thai fights in the sand. :)Ouh-Yeah!!!
Our driver Samroi joint us on our last day, as well as Raki, Duplo, Jan and Ronja.
Suddenly we sat on the veranda infront of the complete building having beer and campfire in a starry starry night. Saying goodbye properly we spent our last night in this beautiful selfmade domicile.
More than one year ago we took on the task and started planning and fundraising. Now we accomplished our project and the building is ready to use in the upcoming school year! Since there are holidays we could not have an official handover of the new building with all the students, but our friends from Help without Frontiers will catch up for that and pics will follow soon.
Thanks a ton for all your support. You made this project become reality!
Now we can go back to sleep... you'll hear from us!

Nach 2 Monaten harter Arbeit unter härtesten Bedingungen... ist es geschafft!
Letzte Feinarbeiten wurden gemacht, wir haben jetzt liebliche Laubdächer an der Ost- und Westseite, Sitzgelegenheiten, und einen Außenbereich für Unterricht oder hochklassigen Muai Thai Boxkampf in der Sandkiste...Kinderliga. :) Ouh-Yeah!!!
Unser Fahrer Samroi kam extra für unseren letzten Tag nochmal vorbei, genau wie Raki, Duplo, Jan und Ronja.
Plötzlich saßen wir auf der Veranda vor unserem fertigen Gebäude mit Bier und Lagerfeuer in einer sternenklaren Nacht.
Um sich angemessen zu verabschieden verbrachten wir unsere letzte Nacht im wunderschönen, selbstgebauten Domizil.
Vor mehr als einem Jahr begannen wir mit Planung und Spendenakquise. Jetzt haben wir unser Projekt vollendet und das Gebäude ist bereit für die erste tobende Schulklasse! Da gerade Ferien sind konnten wir keinen offiziellen Übergabetag mit allen Schülern feiern, aber unsere Freunde von Helfen ohne Grenzen werden das nachholen. Fotos folgen bald.
