About us
East-West-East Germany e.V. is a non-profit organization based in Hagen with a network across Germany and Europe. Our mission is to bring together young people from Eastern and Western Europe, introduce them to democracy and human rights, and promote non-formal communication. Through Erasmus+, we organize international exchanges and host volunteers from countries such as Spain, France, Estonia, Belarus, and Georgia as part of the European Solidarity Corps. We also send young Germans to partner NGOs across Europe.
Locally, we are well-represented through "Lichter der Großstadt," focusing on theater, music, and dance. With numerous workshops and performances, we have achieved great success.
Our goal is to foster peace and solidarity, strengthen participation, and provide young people with a platform for exchange, enjoyment, and personal development.
