About us

„Verein für Bildung und Beratung e.V.“ (VBB) is a non-profit social organisation located in Marburg (Lahn). Our goal is to support social services like youth and child care, geriatric wellfare, health care as well as vocational and continuing education. Furthermore we aim for the social Integration of migrants and refugees, inclusion and support general social work.

We were founded in 1984 as the „Institute for Education and Consultation“. Then, on behalf of Hessian labor administrations, we did integrative courses for the unemployed, primarily in south and middle Hesse, and, from 1991 onwards, also in Thuringia.

Our main targetgroups are:
- Academics
- The disabled
- Executive personnel in economy and management
- Refugees and migrants.
