About us

Ensemble Horizons is a mixed chamber choir and consists of singers who are mostly active as school or church musicians in the semi-professional and professional sectors. The chamber choir works on a project-by-project basis and is dedicated to sacred and secular music from Gregorian chant to the present. The ensemble attaches great importance to the highest sound and musical quality.

Ensemble Horizons has now gained a permanent audience and is supported by the city of Tübingen, Germany. In February 2022, Ensemble Horizons gave its first concert in the Tübingen Motet, where it is now a regular guest. In autumn 2023, Ensemble Horizons can be heard as part of the Tübingen Female Composers Festival.

In autumn 2022, a cooperation began with the palaces and gardens of the state of Baden-Württemberg, in whose monuments Ensemble Horizons will repeatedly set musical accents as part of the themed years.
