About this project

Christine Schlenker from Ensemble Horizons e.V. is responsible for this project
The first CD recording by Ensemble Horizons focuses on the Tübingen female composer Josephine Lang (1815 - 1880) and her contemporaries. Points of contrast are works by female composers from the 20th and 21st centuries.

It is a matter close to our hearts to make these works, most of which have not yet been recorded and some of which premiered as part of the Tübingen Female Composers Festival on September 30, 2023, permanently accessible and audible beyond the event.

We are therefore very much looking forward to the professional CD recording and need your help with the financial challenges!

You can support us as a non-profit organization in this unique female composer project through our crowdfunding campaign. Take part in this unique CD project.

We thank you for your interest and for your kind support!
