About us
The Freundeskreis der Law Clinic an der Bucerius Law School e.V. is a non-profit association that supports the work of the Law Clinic. With the help of volunteer lawyers and on a voluntary basis, students of Bucerius Law School advise people without means seeking legal advice, especially on the topics of labor law, social law, residence law and family law.
Since 2019, in addition to the 'normal' legal advice, the Freundeskreis also supports the Abschiebehaftberatung Nord, which is a cooperation project between the Law Clinic of Bucerius Law School and the Refugee Law Clinics Hamburg and Kiel. In this project, the students themselves are involved in proceedings as "persons of trust" and can thus also act on their own behalf for those affected.

Wir haben 5.100,38 € Spendengelder erhalten
Dank der Spendengelder können empirische Daten zur Abschiebungshaft in einer Publikation veröffentlicht werden. Aktuell gehen wir davon aus, dass eine open-access Publikation ermöglicht wird. Voraussichtlich wird die Studie im Verlag Nomos veröffentlicht werden.
Soweit die Spenden die tatsächlichen Kosten übersteigen, werden die Spenden allgemein für die satzungsgemäßen, steuerbegünstigten Zwecke des Freundeskreises der Law Clinic an der Bucerius Law School e.V. verwendet.
