About us
HEIZHAUS gGmbH (formerly urban souls e.V.) is a non-profit organisation and independent youth welfare NGO that has been active since 2002 and is dedicated to promoting youth welfare, culture, sport, music, art and care for the elderly. Starting out with a team of volunteers and the aim of finding a permanent location for our youth culture programmes, we are now a team of 34 part-time staff and more than 80 freelancers and over 100 volunteers who have established a variety of unique offers in the field of socio-cultural and social work in Leipzig. Since then, we have been implementing our diverse programmes in all projects with more than 60,000 participants every year.

Wir haben 14.246,33 € Spendengelder erhalten
Wir arbeiten weiterhin daran, PERSPECTIVES als offenen Begegnungs- und Beratungsort in Leipzig-Grünau zu erhalten. In den letzten Wochen haben uns viele Menschen in der offenen Beratung aufgesucht. Im Kontext des Hanau Gedenkens haben wir ein Braver Space organisieren können. Auch das Sprachcafé wird rege besucht.
Mit den Spenden für die Teilzeitstellen sichern wir diese wichtigen Bereiche unserer Arbeit ab. Danke an alle, die helfen, diesen Raum für Austausch, Unterstützung und Selbstermächtigung auch 2026 möglich zu machen.
