About us
The Stadtbodenstiftung is a democratically organised foundation that, with your support, will permanently withdraw land from the profit-oriented market and secure real estate for civil society-led, community-oriented management. It is based on the model of a "community land trust". The aim is to preserve and create what is needed in the respective neighbourhoods: affordable housing, commercial, social or cultural uses - from neighbourhood centres to community gardens. For this purpose, the Stadtbodenstiftung acquires land in perpetuity (or receives it as a gift or inheritance) and grants the buildings in hereditary building rights to collective actors. The Stadtbodenstiftung sees itself as a community foundation. Berlin needs a collective, civil society organisation to counter speculation with real estate. An effective organisation is needed for this purpose. We ask for your support to build it up.

Wir haben 86,76 € Spendengelder erhalten
Im vergangenen Jahr haben uns Eure Spenden dabei unterstützt, unseren gemeinnützigen Zweck der Bildungsarbeit weiterzuverfolgen. Wir konnten die Stadtbodenstiftung und das Community-Land-Trust-Modell auf verschiedenen Veranstaltungen vorstellen sowie im direkten Austausch mit an Schenkungen interessierten Eigentümer:innen bekannt machen.
Darüber hinaus konnten wir unsere Arbeit in mehreren Publikationen platzieren – sowohl wissenschaftlichen als auch stadtpolitisch-aktivistischen. Dazu zählen unter anderem die Publikation „Stadt Land Boden“ (hrsg. von Isabel Feichtner, Susanne Heeg u. a.), das Magazin „Arts of the Working Class“ sowie die von Stattbau Hamburg herausgegebene Zeitschrift „Freihaus“.
