About us
@fire – International Disaster Response is a german non-profit humanitarian organization that has been providing rapid disaster assistance worldwide in the wake of devastating natural disasters since 2002. The volunteers are specially trained in wildland firefighting and search and rescue operations after earthquakes. All of the more than 500 members are engaged on a voluntary and unpaid basis in both national and international disaster relief.
In 2021, the organization was classified by the United Nations’ International Search and Rescue Advisory Group (INSARAG) as the world’s first "Light" urban search and rescue team, operating in accordance with international standards. Deployments, training, and equipment are primarily funded through donations.

Wir haben 175,44 € Spendengelder erhalten
Während und nach dem Erdbeben in der Türkei haben wir unsere Ausrüstung und unsere Hilfsgüter bereits erneuert und Hilfsprodukte bereits vor Ort gelassen. Damit sind wir in Vorleistung gegangen und nutzen die Spendengelder nun zur Erneuerung der Ausrüstung und Beschaffung weitere Hilfsprodukte.
