About us
The non-profit organisation One Earth - One Ocean e.V. (oeoo) has been pursuing the goal of cleaning up waters worldwide of (plastic) litter since 2011. The multi-stage concept of "maritime waste collection" aims to remove (plastic) waste from inland waters, estuaries and coastal marine regions. Essential for our international projects is the cooperation with local partner organisations and the employment of permanent collection and sorting teams of local staff.
In addition, the association is involved nationally and internationally in research on microplastics as well as in education, awareness-raising and documentation on the topic of marine litter.
