About us
Handicap International / Humanity & Inclusion (HI) is a non-profit organisation for humanitarian action and development assistance, active in over 60 countries around the world. We aspire to a world of solidarity and inclusion. We strive to sustainably improve the situation of persons with disabilities and support those in need of specific protection. Furthermore, we advocate for a world without cluster bombs and mines, as well as for the protection of civilians in war. HI is a co-recipient of the Nobel Peace Price of 1997. Handicap International e.V. is the German association of the HI.

Liebe Unterstützer*innen, ganz herzlichen Dank! Dank eurer Spendengelder konnten wir den aus Syrien geflüchteten Menschen weiterhin helfen!
Unter widrigsten Umständen gesund werden.Was passiert nach einer Notoperation, nach einer Amputation? Ihr sorgt gemeinsam mit unseren Physio-Fachleuten dafür, dass aus den schlimmen Verletzungen keine lebenslangen Behinderungen werden. Wir bauen weiterhin Prothesen und unterstützen die vielen Verletzten außerdem mit Krücken, Rollstühlen, Hygiene- und Erste-Hilfe-Sets.
