Medienkulturzentrum Dresden e.V. stands for media education for everyone. In Dresden, in Saxony.

In a world full of disinformation, algorithms, and digital exclusion, people need more than technology – they need orientation. That’s our mission.

For more than 30 years, we support children, young people, adults, and professionals in Dresden and Saxony – helping them not just to use media, but to understand it, question it, and shape it. With the German Multimedia Award mb21, we recognize outstanding media projects by young people across Germany. With SCHNITT:STELLE Reaktanz, we create spaces where art, education, and society meet. Through our school projects, we deliver media literacy programs and advise parents on raising children confidently in a digital world.
