About us
The Berliner Aids-Hilfe e.V. (BAH) was founded in 1985 as a non-profit organization.
We provide information on ways of transmission of HIV, hepatitis and other sexually transmitted diseases. In our counseling center, on the phone, in prisons and as part of youth prevention (Youthwork).
As a self-help organization, we support people with HIV / AIDS and their relatives and relatives in all life-related issues that arise in connection with the HIV disease.
We advise and provide information on social and labor law as well as medical and psychosocial issues. We help people to help themselves and support the self-advocacy of people with HIV / AIDS.
Against the background of changing life expectancy, we encourage people with HIV to deal with the aspects of maintaining their health in the long term.
Our goal is to enable Berliners to take an informed approach to dealing with HIV, sexually transmitted diseases and living with HIV.

Spendengelder, die nicht mehr für das Projekt ausgegeben werden können
Liebe Spender,
bei Projekten, bei denen Spendengelder über einen langen Zeitraum hinweg nicht angefordert wurden, sehen das Gesetz und unsere Nutzungsbedingungen vor, dass die Spenden von der gut.org gemeinnützigen AG (Betreiberin von betterplace.org) zeitnah für deren satzungsmäßige Zwecke verwendet werden müssen.
Deshalb setzen wir die noch nicht verwendeten Spendengelder für diese Zwecke ein
