We hereby request the disbursement of the donations collected during the last donation period in the amount of €4,694.95.  Dear Donors, We would like to extend our sincere thanks for your generous support. Through your donations in the last period, we were able to collect a total of €4,694.95. These funds are specifically allocated to various needs within our project. Below, we would like to provide you with a transparent overview of how the donations are being used, or have already been used:  Needs and Planned Use of Donations School Meals for Our Children 

• We serve around 400 balanced meals daily – roughly 80,000 per year.
• For many children, the warm lunch we provide is the only wholesome meal of their day.

School Materials
 

• Stationery (pens, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, markers, felt-tip pens, chalk)
• Books and teaching materials (textbooks, workbooks, teacher handbooks, lesson plans)
• Art supplies (paints, brushes, drawing paper, craft materials)
• Sports equipment (sportswear, sneakers, balls, sports gear, mats; tournaments & transport)
• School uniforms
• Donations help us cover a substantial portion of our annual needs.

Community Garden Project
 

• We cultivate crops and keep chickens and ducks.
• The produce supplies our kitchen with fresh, high-quality food for daily meals.
• Needed items include gardening tools, seeds, animal feed, irrigation/water supply.
• Part of the donations has already been used to purchase a motorized tiller and additional materials.

Materials for Computer Classes
 

• In addition to computers, we need servers/networks, cables, software licenses, stable power supply (incl. UPS if needed), as well as supporting teaching materials.

Repair and Maintenance Work
(In Bahia’s tropical coastal climate with salt air and high humidity, these works are a regular necessity; a portion of the donations is reserved as a maintenance fund.)
 

• Buildings & Rooms: roof repairs (leaks), painting/mold remediation, repairing walls and floors, repairing doors/windows, sun protection.
• Sanitation & Water: repair of pipes, pumps, cisterns/filter systems, faucets, toilets, drains/septic tank, gutters/drainage.
• Electricity & Lighting: renewal of wiring, fuses and switches, LED lights/emergency lighting, surge and corrosion protection.
• Kitchen & Storage: maintenance/repair of stoves/ovens, refrigerators/freezers, gas installations, work surfaces; replacement of pots, trays, GN containers.
• Furniture & Teaching: repair/replacement of tables, chairs, shelves, whiteboards, gym mats and other teaching tools.
• Outdoor Areas & Safety: fences, pathways, playground equipment, yard lighting, drainage, waste & recycling stations, camera/lighting systems.

Monthly Recurring Donations and Unrestricted Donations
 

• These donations cover ongoing project expenses and help close funding gaps for needs where we have not yet raised sufficient resources.
