The Hope House (THH) - a registered non-profit, working for the children that are in need of care and protection and working since 2004.  It was started by three Indian origin rehabilitation professional working in the US.  Since then, two have relocated to do the work hands on.

We work with children through institutional and non-institutional care services (community based programs).  In institutional care, we have the government approved capacity to care for 26 children and currently we have 16 children ranging from 10 years to 18 years of age.  Girls received everything that they need like food, shelter, clothing, healthcare, recreation and education etc.

We are a small organization but take lot of pride in how we do our work.  We take our credibility very seriously so our accountability standards are very stringent.  We are recognized by GiveIndia - a premiere fundraising platform of India, Credibility Alliance - A consortium of NGO's promoting transparency, accountability and governance among the Indian NGO's and also, Gold certified by Guidestar India.    More than 90% of our operations are supported through small donations from Individuals.

To maximize the support that we receive from our supporters, we constantly and continuously explore ways and means to do that.  We have 1.5 KW solar power plant and biogas plant to generate our own cooking gas using our kitchen waste etc.  This fundraising effort is to generate entire power supply of the Hope House using solar power plant so that we can save on power bills.

(Hope House is a partner organization of Deutsch-Indische Zusammenarbeiteutsch (DIZ) of Frankfurt to host weltwarts volunteers of Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany.  We have been hosting them since 2014.)
