Karim ProjectThrough the Karim Project, we organize and finance school visits and therapy for guests who spend their vacations with us at summer camps. 
In everyday life, loneliness and a lack of prospects are often the hardest things for the residents of the homes to cope with. The sisters who run the homes do their best, but they have so few financial and human resources that they can usually only provide food and physical care for those in their care. 
Donations to pay for physiotherapy, school therapy, and the necessary equipment are therefore essential. The therapy measures significantly change the lives of the children and adults and also relieve the burden on the nursing staff in the homes. 
How we help:Since its inception, the Karim Project has been able to steadily expand its support for the guests. Today, the project organizes, supports, and finances: 

• Physiotherapy for 38 girls and women in Chlifa
• Rehabilitation therapy for 4 boys and young men in Beirut
• Reading, writing, and craft lessons for 22 women and girls in Deir el Qamar
• Special education for 13 boys and young men from Beirut
• Special education for 30 women and 30 men from a home in Antelias (Beirut)
• Gymnastics lessons for 60 men and women in Deir el Salib
• Dance classes for 30 women in Deir el Salib
• The purchase of teaching materials, aids for physiotherapy, and other care aids that improve the lives of our friends
