Sustainable projects.

It is great pleasure to have you support Barnabas project, Barnabas project success is because of your generous support.
From January we have been working out strategies that will help us be self sufficient in the future. We came up with three projects
1. Chicken project- In this project we keep chicken for meat. We started in February and now our third lot is almost ready for sell. We are able to keep only 300 chicken for now, the chicken house is able to accommodate 1000 chicken. We get a profit of between Ks 18,000 and 20,000 after five weeks. When we have more chicken we are able to get more profit, hence meet many of our needs.
2. In March we started a kitchen farm where we grow crops like Maize(corn), pumpkins, pawpaws, vegetables and cassava. For over one month we have harvested vegetable from the farm for our lunch at the children center. We will soon harvest maize which will subsidize what we are to spend for food.
3. We have started a beauty project where we make articles from waste materials. We recycle waste material and use it to make bangles, bracelets, chains, earrings and many more.
Our objective is to be funded in these projects for us to be up on our feet able to meet most of our needs and running costs.
