Books for illiterate orphans in Swaziland

Produced Books and Distribution will take place during the course of the week
500 books in iSiswati (local language in Swaziland) for children in an orphanage school. These children have no reading matter at all and are therefore unable to read.

Books have been produced and will be delivered within the next week.
While working for a large outreach project in Mpumalanga, Val realised the shortage of suitable reading material for communities in the deep rural areas. She started writing and having books translated into local languages so as to provide children with reading material they could have in their homes.
The result of children being able to read at home has been proven to be of great value by the teachers in the local school as the literacy rate has improved by up to 80% in some schools.
