School performance

In the Northern Uganda, there is a poor performance in Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) relates to rural Children and youths who are the majority of the pupils and can not comprehend literacy and numeracy. Most of the youths now turn to alcohol because of lack of activities in the schools and other recreation centres.
