POOR CHILDREN EDUCATION AND BETTERMENT PROGRAMME

Education and empowerment of oppressed groups are the two important angles of the project which implement simultineously. Nearly 240 children from 8 villages will be involved and developed.

NEED OF THE PROJECT
The project envisages tackling the children problems and improving the living conditions of the poor children and making them as respectable and useful citizens of the Country.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PROJECT DIRECTOR:
He is the Head of the Project.
ROLE OF THE TEACHERS:
Teachers will be appointed on full time basis with minimum qualification of Bachelor of Education.
ROLE OF THE DOCTOR:
A well qualified doctor will be appointed on part time basis and honorarium will be paid in every month.
STAFF NURSE:
The Staff Nurse will be appointed by the advises of Doctor and entrust te duties.
She has to visit the school every day, identify the health problems and give timely solutions to the patients and refer to the Doctor in case of severe and serious.
ROLE OF THE AYAH
The Ayahs look after children and serve the nutrition food every day. She will bring the children from their home and she will leave the children at their homes during the evenings.
PLAN OF ACTION:
To appoint the qualified project staff,
To identify the common and communicable diseases and prepare the plan of action to solve the health problems,
To improve the children's health conditions,
To Identify the high blindness(Vitamin-A diseases) and provide Vitamins with the help of Doctor.
To impart education about the values of green leafs, vegetables, fruits which are locally available.
To give balanced diet to the children
