Our Organization building employment skills and capacity of young people. It’s fostering entrepreneurship and bridging the skills gap. It’s creating new jobs and employment. Helping different Govt. Immunization Projects.
In addition, SDVPB generates opportunities for people to achieve economic stability and build strong families and vibrant communities by offering job training, employment placement services and other community-based programs for people who have disabilities, lack education or job experience, or face employment challenges.
Main objective of our organization is to deliver free different vocational training, standard IT skill training with internet and build capacity to secure employment in the outsourcing market place & help to set up small enterprises to the disadvantaged children, girls, women & unemployed orphan youths in Bangladesh. Last ten years we are running this project. In limited scale we can claim success, even though we have critical limitations to run these basic programs smoothly. Our ultimate goal is to empower 3 million unemployed youths within 5 years which will bring more conscious peoples about environment, upgrade less fortunate people’s living standard.
You know Bangladesh is a country of over population and poor is its main character. Most of the people in Bangladesh are living under poverty level. Result is most of the peoples are illiterate; those who have general education, majority of them have no technical knowledge for having a good job. Because they are very much weak in English language and IT Knowledge which are vital at the present Bangladesh to have a standard job.
We believe that by providing technical skills training to undeserved individuals, we can partner to create social and economic opportunities that can change peoples’ lives and transform communities, Ultimately, SDVPB is helping bridge the global technology gap by providing the training and tools people need to realize their potentials. For achieving the goals we are trying our best by our own resources to teach the IT (computer) and English language at free of cost to the disadvantaged girls, women of the local areas. Therefore contribution is coming out for the society would be in limited scale. But our main objective is to provide free training program on IT and English language to the undeserved girls, women at the rural/urban areas of Bangladesh.
"The project would directly benefit 30,000 youth who will gain marketable and globally recognized IT and ITES skills. Among them, 9,000 will be women,” said Ellen Goldstein, Country Director, World Bank Bangladesh. “Bangladeshis will benefit from increased incomes due to upgrading of and enhanced employment opportunities in a growing global IT industry.”
“Bangladesh needs targeted programs to develop Bangladesh’s potential in the IT/ITES industry along with focus to build the necessary e-Government foundations,” said Mr. Iqbal Mahmood, Senior Secretary, Economic Relations Division. “This initiative will meaningfully leverage ICT for development and will allow the country to tap into the tremendous potential of the global IT and ITES industry for economic and social development.”
The project aims to create an estimated 30,000 direct jobs in the IT and ITES sectors, which has the potential to create up to 120,000 indirect jobs, and expects to increase the IT and ITES industry revenue by over $200 million by the end of the initiative.
But we are handicapped with our limited resources. By the assistance of your we can fulfil our dream. We need your all kinds of assistance very seriously. As we know that you’re helping the needed people around the world. We are very much hopeful to get assistance from you.
We will remain grateful forever to you for your cooperation. Thanks in advance for your all kinds of support.
