Nagarparkar is most remote area of Pakistan where there is no good facility of Schools. So we are providing the education to children here. So thanks for supporting us because every child has right for education.

Nagarparkar in Pakistan is close to the indian boarder. It is one of the poorest areas in our country. On our last project visit in the village called Vasty Jo Wandio we met 32 children (Boys 19 + 13 girls) sitting on the ground under a half shade with sun directly shining through the wooden cum bushes made roof. The class room accommodated one to four class children both girls and boys. The teacher explained to us, that he wanted to built up a new school for the kids. We dared to ask “where is the school you are building” he pointed his finger to a place which was about 10 meters away. We watched with extreme interest the foundation work done and four pillars standing on it. He intended to build 10×15 ft room and daringly had made a start. He told me he had requested to SMC (School Management Committee) members in a meeting to contribute towards one room school, the SMC members collected money (US$ 12) for two cement bags with which he made a start. Due to extreme drought condition in Thar desert, the people could not even meet the need of basic food….the school building remained incomplete. We (PVDP) salute the concern and dedication of the teacher Mr. Moru and promised that we will help collect funds for him to complete a two room school with veranda for more than 60 children. PVDP runs 10 primary schools for about 600 boys and girls belonging to most deprived communities in Nagar Parkar. We PVDPians thank you a lot for your kind support!
