The campaign "Be a Hero in Your community" is a response to the need that it is necessary to invest in young people today, if we want a prosperous society in the future. The effects of investing or not investing in young people will experience in the next 10 years. We belive that young people have the power, energy, creativity, innovation, enthusiasm and age to make Bosnian society a place of pleasant living.
Tuzla Community Foundation together with active youth involved in the Youth Bank Program wants to encourage, inspire and foster a rare community activists that they are a real Community Heros. At the same time, we want to show that in our community there are businesses and individuals, who every day showing his philanthropic feelings and help grow their local communities, with financing and supporting young people.
We will use all collected money to support youth ideas in Tuzla area such as buildig sport fields, renovating youth centers, entrepreunership projects for starting small business etc. Tuzla Community Foundation as a local foundations animate young people to make positive changes in their communty by supporting their projects and initiatives. We plan to support 25 youth projects in Tuzla area and to involve more than 500 young people.
