Dear supporters! With your help, we were able to buy a container and get it delivered to the school. We were in Windhoek in February and had a bicycle mechanic with us, who was already able to make some modifications to the container (e.g., mounting brackets for the bikes) and get many of the bicycles roadworthy. We were also able to acquire additional bicycles to give more students the opportunity to learn how to ride a bike. Moving forward, we will continue to convert the container into a workshop (e.g., adding windows and a ventilation system, as well as storage space for tools) and then procure additional tools and equipment as needed.
