Update zu Şifa Miraj Animal Rescue: Tierarztschulden von 71.770 Lira (1450€)

In recent weeks, Fehnur has once again done the unimaginable for injured and sick cats – many of whom would not have survived without immediate medical care. The cases she took in ranged from severely wounded street cats to emergency surgeries and intensive inpatient treatment for FPV. The veterinary clinic documented each service by hand, and the total amount of outstanding bills has now reached 71,770 Lira (€ 1450). Every number represents an animal that suffered – but also an animal that received a real chance thanks to the dedication of the rescuer:s. Among the treated cats are, for example:

• a mother cat who required long-term inpatient care (11,120 TL)



• a three-colored injured cat (4,425 TL)



• a white cat who needed a tarsography surgery (15,425 TL)



• two FPV kittens who, despite intensive treatment, did not survive (19,400 TL)



• an injured street cat (1,850 TL)

• Papatya, who received extensive eye treatment (19,550 TL)



All of these animals received medical care that would be nearly impossible for a single private rescuer to afford – especially under the current economic conditions in Türkiye.
