Hi guys, this project is about MCEDO, a school in Mathare. Mathare is the 2nd biggest slum in East Africa, around 600.000 people live in it.
I used to worked in MCEDO as a volunteer, and i saw so much joy and happiness there. But the sad part is, that education is not for free in Kenya. Parents have to pay school fee, uniforms, books.... Please give the students a way out of poverty, an alternative to prostitution or taking drugs!
With only a few Euros you can acctually help one teenager there to buy a book to study. You can change a life with that one!
