Tima's Happy End and some words about new dogs
Dear friends!
Today I'm going to tell you a sad story with a happy ending, the story of Tima the cat.
Tima the cat lived together with his master all his life and led a happy cat's life. But one day his master died. The heirs took the cat to the veterinary clinic and wanted to put him to sleep. The vet took pity on the 7-year-old tomcat and brought him to the shelter. But it was too hard for Tima at the TH. No, other cats didn't insult him, he had warm baskets, got food every day... but he didn't want anything. He sat in the house all the time and almost didn't come out, I had to put food in the house so that he would eat something. I could see that he would rather die than live with lots of cats. The vet who rescued him wanted to take him in but couldn't because her home was too small and she had another dog. But she made an effort and moved into a house!!! Then she took TIma to live with her. He is the only cat there, only one dog lives with him, but they get on well. Tima no longer hides in the house, but runs in the garden for days on end. Look how happy he is:

And a few words about my dogs who came to TH last week.
Two bulldogs are enjoying life, playing all the time. Strangely enough, I have never seen any diarrhea in their house this week. In summer it is good in the TH, they can be outside in the sun a lot. But in winter it gets too cold for them because the stove in the house is old and gives almost no warmth. But for the winter we already have a foster home in the apartment ready for them. If we don't find a nice home for her by winter...

The 5 brothers, who were abandoned in front of the TH on May 28th, are getting used to life in the TH. They are all very affectionate, but only to me, they are afraid of men and hide from them. They probably had a mistress. Why did she just throw them all away? We will never know. But I hope they can be happy here too. They can't be rehomed yet because they are really scared of men.
That's how we do.
Unfortunately, I have to ask for help again. We have expenses every day to bring food for the animals, to buy food for the helpers. The dogs need tick repellent. This is important because ticks spread pirouillosis, which can be fatal. There are many small expenses that unfortunately cost some money. And there is a big debt for the electricity. If I don't pay it, the power line will be cut off and we won't get a new connection. For the cats, that means they won't get any heating in winter. They will simply freeze to death. I'm just asking for help!!!
