In September 2022 a workshop with 40 women from 4 different womens' associations was held. In the workshop the women were trained on how to crochet from plastic bags collected on the streets of Cotonou and Abomey-Calavi. Since then the women have produced bags, wallets, baskets and key chains. These products will be showcased in an exhibition on 3rd November.
