I triggered a payout for these needs:

3,000 copies of "Thumbs Up" was printed and distributed in Laos. The description is on the webpage: http://www.momobooks.org. The promotion of sign language in Laos is being done in tandem with the promotion of a new method of teaching English as a foreign language to hearing students (momosign) also on http://www.momobooks.org. 

I recently ran into one of the signing models for "Thumbs Up" in Vientiane. He was working at the Khop Chai Deu Restaurant where he said several people from the Lao Deaf community have been hired. Credit to the owner of the restaurant.

Recognition also to Joma Bakery Café where a Deaf woman has been hired at the Joma Phonthan branch.
