Introduction

HORIZONS OF HARMONY MINISTRIES is a registered Community Based Organization based in Jinja District with its Offices in Jinja town, focusing on helping to improve the lives of vulnerable children (street children and orphans,widows, girl child school drop outs, Community development, whose plight came as a result of deaths caused by HIV/AIDS. HOHM has been in existence since July 2008 and notes that several orphans cannot access education because of lack of essential facilities. They also experience problems related to early childhood development, health and sanitation, nutrition/food security, Saving and credit schemes .
