The Leading Ladies’ Network (LLN) is a non-profit women’s leadership development
organization based in Accra, Ghana established to nurture women leaders to find find local
solutions to the global inequalities faced by women. To accomplish this mandate, we recruit,
equip, mentor, and connect tertiary-level women in order to realize their leadership potential,
and leverage them to improve their circumstance and the circumstance of others. LLN’s top priority is to foster leadership among women in Africa who are themselves capable of empowering others and inspiring new generations of leaders. LLN is structured to allow our emerging leaders to practice servant leadership in a measured form, with accountability, feedback, and ethical reflection.
OUR VISION
We strive to develop and nurture a network of socially conscious women leaders that will bring positive
transformation to Africa and the rest of the world. Our direct aim is to bridge the women's leadership gap that exists in Africa and to promote the models of servant leadership and social entrepreneurship among emerging women leaders. In doing so, we hope in turn to promote women’s equality more generally, impacting areas such as education, healthcare, and economic opportunity.
