Groundbreaker Talents is a residential scholarship program that equips young women with skills in Software Engineering, Business and AI to launch impactful careers in tech. We aim for a dual impact: providing a sustainable path out of poverty and promoting a more diverse talent pipeline in tech.

How your donations are used
Your donations contribute to a partial scholarship for one young woman joining Cohort 6 of the Groundbreaker Talents program, starting in January 2026. Each scholarship enables one student to complete a fully funded, one-year education in Tech (Software Engineering & AI) at our campus near Kampala, Uganda. The program includes everything she needs to learn, live, and thrive throughout the year: A Groundbreaker Scholarship covers:
Tuition & Learning Materials Meals, Housing & Healthcare Equipment & Internet Career Readiness & Mentorship Campus Operations
Each donation helps us close the gap for one student’s scholarship and ensures that financial barriers don’t stand in the way of talent and ambition.
