Bukomansimbi Youth and Talent Development (BUYOTAD),is a registered not for profit organization committed to the development of talents and modeling of the young school dropouts,and the youth through workshops,vocational skilling,performing arts and several projects.We are an operational organization,meaning we plan and even carry out boots on the ground projects to accomplish our objectives.

Since its establishment in 2012,BUYOTAD has been on an exciting journey of capacity building from providing its services as a mobile youth development centre with permanent offices located in Kijjabwemi,Masaka City.The capacity building phase has provided BUYOTAD with a unique opportunity to establish linkages with key players in the creative industry as well as Uganda's leading content producers where some of our well trained film actors,editors and videographers are employed.We foster on Nurturing a Youth population that is productively Utilized in the Economy. 1.2Million youth in Ug.are idle.
