Moon Club Art Studio is a non-profit organization that aims to promote cultural actions in peripheral regions of the city of Belo Horizonte, state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Our main objective is to provide socially vulnerable children with a moment of exchanging affection, knowledge, security and support, through the promotion of artistic and cultural activities with children aged 3 to 10. We believe in the transformative power of art as a backdrop to build relationships of affection, a base of ethical values, knowledge to build autonomous individuals and hope for a better, safer future! We have people living in these vulnerable communities who act as coordinators to promote the actions, trained and selected teachers and students who carry out the actions and a network of children to be served. The project has a small scale, but through these donations we want to expand it by creating a permanent institution located in the heart of the community of Justinópolis, Ribeirão das Neves-MG.
