JVSA KENYA Is a non-profit community organisation of a group of volunteer technicians in diverse fields of technical and vocational skills,giving with own resources informal training apprenticeship,job attachment and entrepreneurship for the vulnerable youth and women in the community for self-reliance and livelihood in life skills like salon,tailoring,carpentry,computer cyber technology,catering,plumbing,auto-mechanics,welding etc.With an objective to help curb socio-economic insecurity ravaging the country among the majority youth due to high rate of unemployment.We mobilize individuals and corporates to empower the youth with appropriate life skills in urban and rural marginalized settlements.So far we have brought on board over 150 volunteer trainers and over 200 youth and women have been engaged for empowerment some of whom have gained expertise for employment.We hence believe your support will make a great impact in this initiative and the society at large.
