We at SARWC have been running a special residential school for mentally handicapped children since 21 years in Mulbagal of Kolar district, Karnataka state. more than 345 mentally challenged got rehabilitated in our special school. At present there are 74 mentally challenged children in our special residential school and we have been implementing following activities for the children:
1. Early intervention: early identification of the child, screening, testing, nourishing and Rehabilitation with parents and caregivers training.

2. Life leading skills: (Activities of daily living skills) like Toileting brushing, washing, grooming, eating, clothing..etc

3. Academic skills: in this section we conduct activities like reading, writing, expressive language, respective language, number identification, color identification and money concept.

4. Therapeutic training: we conduct physiotherapy, speech therapy and behavioral therapy and surgeries.
