The Habib Yazlle Association of blind adults, founded in 1970, is in charge of supporting, containing and helping blind people in the province of Salta in the northwest of Argentina.
In a very precarious situation, the association has problems paying for basic services such as electricity, water and gas. Many of its members are elderly blind people in wheelchairs who find it extremely difficult to cover their basic needs.
