Inclusive Community Development is a community based organization started 2011 by development workers and health workers.. The organization was established with the aim of promotion inclusion in development within the community.
The vision of the organization is An Africa where everyone is included in development.
The mission is to improve the quality of life of the marginalized groups
The core values of the organization are
Respect,teamwork, integrity, innovation and creativity. The organization concentrates on four core are human rights advocacy, inclusive education and training,health care, water,hygiene and sanitation.
