Living for others is a registered community based organization in Kenya that works to support disadvantaged children and women. Our work is based in Nairobi- Githurai area and rural parts of Nandi county.
Our children program has two projects; The school project and the orphanage project.
1) The school project provides disadvantaged children with the non- free items that they are required to have in school such as uniforms, shoes, sanitary towels etc.
11) it also offers training /mentorship on issues affecting children. We cover Health Education
teenage pregnancy, child marriage, sexual and reproductive health, financial education and menstrual hygiene management.

The orphanage project dubbed" Tembea Nami" meaning walk with me English supports the orphans with food items, and supports and trains the caregivers and children on key issues affecting them.

Our Women project is restricted in Nandi county and focuses on creating empowerment opportunities for disadvantaged women.
