Über uns
Medical Solidarity International e.V. (MSI) ist eine deutsche humanitäre Organisation, die seit 2018 medizinische Hilfe für Menschen in Not leistet – Gesundheit ist ein Menschenrecht!
In Griechenland, Bosnien und Bulgarien versorgen unsere Teams Menschen auf der Flucht und Menschen in prekären Lebenssituationen medizinisch, wo sonst kaum Versorgung verfügbar ist.
In Deutschland bieten wir mit dem WeCare‑Projekt ein kostenfreies Online‑Beratungsangebot für Geflüchtete und Asylsuchende: psychosoziale Unterstützung, Alltagsfragen und Beratung in mehreren Sprachen.
Unsere Arbeit wird durch Spenden, Fördermittel und ein internationales Team aus Ärzt:innen, Pflegekräften und Dolmetscher:innen getragen.
Von Deutschland aus koordinieren wir die Projekte, während die Teams vor Ort eigenständig handeln – vereint durch das Ziel: medizinische Solidarität für alle.

A great chance to make a bigger impact
Thank you for your support and for making our work possible. This support helps us every day to provide medical and psychosocial support to people who would otherwise often have no access to it.
On 28 June, you have the chance to make an even bigger difference with your donation: Betterplace is hosting a fundraising marathon with a total prize fund of € 225,000. Every donation received on this day not only directly increases our impact but also helps us secure a larger share of the bonus fund. This means your donation on 28 June will make even more possible on the ground in our projects!
And this is particularly valuable right now. Whilst needs are rising in many places, funding for organisations like ours is becoming increasingly scarce. Many partner organisations have already had to scale back or even completely halt their projects in recent months. This makes support from people like you, who enable us to carry out our work independently and reliably, all the more important – and an opportunity like this fundraising marathon all the more wonderful.
